What this site is

This website connects callers with independent local demolition contractors. The operator of this site does not perform demolition, excavation, hauling or asbestos work, does not hold a contractor's licence, and is not a party to any contract between you and a contractor.

Prices and information

Every price on this site is a published range from a named cost guide, labelled as a range. It is not a quote. The contractor who visits your property gives the price, in writing, and that written price is the only one that counts. Permit, utility and asbestos information is summarised from public sources and can change; the City of Independence, the other cities named here and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources publish the current rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for confirming ownership or authority over the property, for the accuracy of what you describe on the call, and for reviewing any contract a contractor offers before signing it.
